I specialise in Sports and Deep Tissue Massage while also offering Complementary Therapies, such as Hot Stone Massage and Dry Cupping Therapy.
Also, I am offering advice on self-care and injury prevention methods on top of my core treatments.

Injury Prevention and Self Care
Once I have established an understanding of your body, we can design Injury Prevention sessions.
These will assess your movement patterns, identify potential areas of concern and provide personalised strategies to minimise the risk of injuries.
